- Annaprashana/Onnoprashon/Annaprashana Vidhi/Annaprasan/Anna-Prasanam is an ancestral Hindu samskara(ritual) which is performed when food other than milk is given to the newborn.
- It is the baby�s transition from liquid to solid foods. Annaprashana literally means ��food feeding�� or ��first feeding of food��.
